Awesome Customer Service! I placed an order on-line with special delivery instructions. I received a follow up call re: a color issue for my approval. My order was delivered in exact color I wanted and on time. This outstanding level of customer service is rare these days! Thank you, Edward, for your extra effort! You definitely have my repeat business and referral to family/friends!

Excellent service from Edward, goes the extra mile to ensure his customer's expectations are met and exceeded. Communication problem (completely MY fault) meant that the flowers delievered were not 100% what I wanted ( they were still beautiful ). Other owners may have said "tough, your fault" but Edward provided a free flower arrangement to ensure I was a very satisfied customer. Buy online with confidence, you are in great hands.

I needed to send flowers from my son to his wife for their Anniversary as he is in Germany right now. I went in and talked to Edward and he assured me he would take care of it. He did and then he delivered the flowers for me. I was so pleased with him and the flowers. We need a good Flower Shop in this area and I think we now have one. Thanks so much, Edward!

My wife and I have been using this store for years. We live in LA and often like to send flowers to family in San Antonio. Their service is outstanding and their arrangements are stunning. Edward treats everyone as a friend and not just a customer. You will never be disappointed here!

My experience at this flower boutique was unlike any other. The customer service was top notch and the quality of their flowers was the best. Instead of treating me like a customer I was treated like a friend. Their delivery was on point with no hassle at all. I definitely recommend The Flower Basket to anyone in the San Antonio area.

I have received two floral arrangements from Edward and his team and have been very satisfied!! His arrangements are unique in detail and just stunning! I always get so many compliments from anyone passing by my office and seeing the arrangement. He is very personable and delivers prompt service for his customers.

I'm glad I found this flower shop. Today I placed my second order from them. It was for Valentine's day and because I was the first order for Valentine's for the year, I got a call from the owner telling me that my order will be valued close to $300 to include extras and a beautiful custom design bouquet! You can imagine how great that is! He said they do this every year for first orders for Valentine's and Mother's day. So get online or give them a call. You won't regret it. They are also LGBT friendly which is awesome bcuz this order was for my gf! I can't wait to see it! I won't go to another shop ever again. These are my flower people. Absolutely the most incredible service and care. Wow. I didn't think that existed anymore. Edward, you are truly an amazing business person. My mom received the arrangement within 2 hours of me ordering it and it was gorgeous. She truly loved it. She sent me a picture and I was very very very pleased. Thank you so much. I was ordering flowers for my brother as a congratulations for the arrival of his new baby girl. Knowing that my sister-in-law was going to be released Friday, I rushed through the ordering process and mistakenly chose her release date as the flower delivery date. I called the shop immediately after noticing and Edward answered. He reassured me he would have the bouquet to the hospital, looking better than I could imagine, before they were released.He owned up to his word and delivered the most beautiful arrangement I could have ever imagined!!!!! I highly recommend this florist shop over any I've ever used.

I'm a first-time customer and I'm really happy that I chose Flower Basket to handle a life-time friend's birthday delivery. Very professional, detail oriented florist with personal touch. If they ran out of certain type of flowers, they will call and make sure I'm satisfied with replacement. Delivery on time, most important, the flower last longer than a week and still very lovely! Impressive!
